1995: While programming for the Walt Disney Corporation using Visual Basic 3.0 and SQL Server 4.2, Ron became one of the first 100 people in the world to earn Microsoft's most-advanced software engineering certification (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer).
1997: Ron designed and developed the Transcender testing engine using Visual Studio 5.0. Hundreds of thousands of copies have been sold, and later versions are still sold to a large technical training market.
2002: Ron developed for Microsoft the first fully-integrated .NET and SQL Server developer training program in Orange County (in partnership with Software Education of America )
